Session Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. At Wrizelonclixarem, we strive to be flexible while ensuring we can prepare adequately for each participant.
Cancellation Timeline
- 48 hours or more before session: Full refund of session fee
- 24 to 48 hours before session: 50% refund of session fee
- Less than 24 hours before session: No refund available
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to change your session date:
- Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session
- We will reschedule at no additional charge, subject to availability
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before may incur a fee
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
Session Dissatisfaction
Your creative experience matters to us. If you are not satisfied with your session:
- Please speak with our facilitator during or immediately after the session
- We will work to address any concerns right away
- If issues cannot be resolved, we may offer a partial refund or complimentary future session
Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift cards and promotional vouchers:
- Are non-refundable for cash
- Can be used to book any available session
- Remain valid for 12 months from date of purchase or issue
- Cannot be extended once expired
Corporate Bookings
For corporate workshop cancellations:
- Two weeks or more notice: Full refund minus administrative fee
- One to two weeks notice: 50% refund
- Less than one week notice: No refund
Corporate deposits are applied toward the total booking cost and are subject to the same cancellation terms.
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund:
- Email us at managers@wrizelonclixarem.world
- Include your booking confirmation number
- Provide the date and time of your scheduled session
- State the reason for cancellation
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for booking.
